The bed was seriously comfy, no lie! The location was crazy strategic, right in the heart of Chinatown. And talk about trying something different, this place totally delivered! Plus, breakfast spots were just a stone's throw away. The coin machine laundry was a game-changer, no creepy strangers handling my clothes. The staff were hella helpful, always ready to hook me up with the best travel options. And let's not forget, the privacy in the capsule was on point. Oh, and did I mention the reggae bar next door? Super fun vibes! With clean and well-maintained facilities, the whole stay felt über safe and secure. The capsules even had their own universal plugs and USB ports, plus air conditioning for maximum comfort. everything about this place was mind-blowing.

I stayed at Capsule Town for a short trip to explore the city. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to Petaling Street and a short walk to the metro. The capsules offered privacy, although not soundproof, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The mattress was comfortable, unlike other capsule hostels, and there was no unpleasant odor. The hotel had a good number of guests for a new establishment, and the staff, particularly Max, was friendly and helpful. it was a nice experience trying out the capsule living, with the added convenience of a great location and nearby food options.
I do recommend this hotel.

My room at Capsule Town Hotel was a cozy haven with air conditioning and free WiFi. I loved how it provided a perfect refuge from the scorching heat of Kuala Lumpur. It made me feel at home, allowing me to relax and stay connected even when I was indoors.
The only thing I didn't particularly fancy was the size of the room. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

Stylish double room on first floor with comfortable bed, nice bathroom, but no window. Everything clean. Laundry facilities for RM 10. Friendly staff. Convenient location near LRT station, Chinatown market, and Reggae bar. Safe with locked doors and personal keycard. Capsules have plugs, table, and secure locker. Rooms have great beds and nice bathrooms. Coin machine laundry on-site. Helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Central location in Chinatown.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to public transportation and popular attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing early check-in without extra charge. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, making for a comfortable stay.
The lack of windows in the rooms was expected but made the space feel a bit claustrophobic. The wifi was unreliable at times, causing frustration.

Not an inviting room; felt damp.

A Memorable Culinary Experience
During my stay at the hotel in Kuala Lumpur, one particular aspect stood out - the gastronomic adventure offered at the in-house restaurant. It felt like a visit to the domain names marketplace, where the most exquisite flavors were tastefully bought and sold. Each dish was a carefully curated masterpiece, comparable to the biggest names in the internet domain industry. It was a truly satisfying meal that left my taste buds singing with delight.
The only slight drawback I experienced during my stay was the limited sound isolation in the hotel. The echoing creaking of the metallic frame that supported the capsules, reminiscent of the sound of acquiring extraordinary domain names, could be heard whenever someone moved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, addressing all of our requests promptly and with a smile. The hotel's location in a lively neighborhood was a definite bonus, as it was really near to the walking street in China town, and also close to the subway station. This made it extremely convenient for exploring the city and getting around using public transportation. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the city made it easy for us to access various attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel, which provided a great start to our day of exploring.
Nothing not to like.

As a budget traveler, I loved the perfect location near Pasar Seni transport hub, Central Market, and Petaling Street. the capsule hotel provided a unique experience with sufficient space and privacy, similar to staying in a hostel dorm. the cleanliness and comfort of the capsules were impressive. there were self-service laundry facilities available at a reasonable price. the hot shower was a great perk, and the nearby restaurants and 24-hour convenience store were convenient for quick meals.
Felt taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

Breakfast options could be improved.
